I visited Harwoods because of a problem with my car after being let down by another repairer. Harwoods really are another level when it comes to customer service. The whole team went above and beyond to help me and resolve the issues.

I absolutely loved the experience but they put me down for a inside and outside clean of car and picked up my car and neither had been done. I called them and they were very kind and said I was welcome to come back anytime for a free clean.

Had a wiper failure during heavy rain. Was near to Harwoods so went for help and despite no booking was attended to immediately. Lent car to get home while wipers were fixed. Brought my fixed car to my home that evening. Outstanding service!

Harwoods had my car for two days with no hire car available meaning I had extra expenses getting the taxi and train to work. My car has a new scuff on the drivers side front quarter, unfriendly service adviser, poor customer service.
