Not sure this was their fault, but.... My 330d (2014) recalled for airbag propellant check. Put VIN into BMW site and directed to dealer. After 5 minute check, dealer confirmed no action. Why did I need to attend?

When I booked the car in it was for a fault that was being displayed. I specifically stated that I did not want the vehicle health check at £210. But this was ignored and I ended up having to pay this in addition to the £339 cost of fixing the fault.

The service I received was good although I felt I was dismissed when asking about why my brakes squeak having had work carried out on them a few months before by Harwoods.
